Joel Ford is a musician and producer in New York since 2005. Since then, Ford has lent his musical (and vocal) talents to a number of projects. His collaborations with Dan Lopatin (Oneohtrix Point Never) as GAMES and later Ford & Lopatin—which found the pair re-appropriating outmoded keyboard sounds to make mangled art pop—situated him at the center of Brooklyn’s exploding electronic music scene.

As a co-founder of the Software label, and more recently Driftless Recordings, Ford has worked with many artists as a producer, engineer, mixer and composer: Autre Ne Veut, Cyril Hahn, Oneohtrix Point Never, Harmonizer, Gundelach, Tamaryn, Megafortress, Napolian, Antony Hegarty, Com Truise, North Americans, and Ejecta, among others.
